My strengths in Leadership include driving positive climate and culture within a learning community, modeling shared leadership (delegating authority not just tasks), creating opportunities for open and honest dialogue amongst all stakeholders. Evidence can be found in my reflections on leadership (below) and my practical experience initiating school-wide discussions, committee leadership, and strategic planning legwork.
